Welcome to Detroit Doo Disposal (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By scheduling or using any of our pet waste removal services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Detroit Doo Disposal provides professional pet waste removal services to residential, commercial, and community properties within Wayne County, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, regular poop scooping, one-time cleanups, and installation of pet waste stations.
Customers may schedule services weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time visit. You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the area(s) needing service on the scheduled day. If access is blocked (e.g., locked gate, aggressive pets), we may skip the visit and no refund will be issued.
Payment is due before or on the day of service, depending on the plan selected. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, ACH, or other approved methods. Recurring customers will be billed automatically unless service is canceled. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of service.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed services due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events may be rescheduled. No-shows without notice may still be billed.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Keep pets secured during visits. Notify us of any hazardous conditions, aggressive animals, or changes to service area. Maintain lawn to ensure safe access and visibility for technicians.
We dispose of waste in accordance with local health and sanitation regulations. If local guidelines require curbside disposal, we will bag and leave waste in designated bins.
We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or injuries caused by pets. You agree to release Detroit Doo Disposal and its staff from liability for damages resulting from access or waste removal services, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services at our discretion due to non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
